Elinaswimwear.com gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date.
To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or missing garment tags. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to address associated with your account.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on www.elinaswimwear.com at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return reduces the merchandise subtotal of your order below the threshold to earn the free gift, you must return the gift merchandise along with your returned items. If the free gift is not returned the original value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
For a Return or Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date the items were purchased.
For an Exchange
In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased items, we kindly ask that you return the items for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you would like a refund to your credit card, please follow the instructions for processing a return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges or waive future shipping charges if the new items value is under $100. If you would prefer a store credit, please follow the instructions for a return and select store credit from the menu options and we will waive the return shipping fee.
How to Return Merchandise
Click the "Start A Return" button at the bottom of this page and you will be prompted to enter your email address and order number. The items from this order will appear and you will be asked to select the items you are returning. You will also be asked to provide a reason for the return and your preferred return method (credit card or store credit). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned for this return, please keep this information for future reference.
You can use a carrier of your choice to ship your return to the address below or for your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label when your return is approved (US customers only). If you choose to have your return refunded to the original payment method and use the prepaid label we will deduct the $9.95 shipping fee from your refund. If you choose to have your refund returned via store credit the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please affix the label to your package, include a copy of your invoice, take the package to the nearest drop off location for the specified carrier and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is traceable and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Please write your RMA number on the invoice and include it in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take up to 15 days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.

Additional Return Policy
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge.
Credits are generally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.
International customers must supply their own shipping labels for returns.
